Where should I be pushing when activating the pouch?
Firmly squeeze and work the bottom of the pouch with both hands until you feel a pop. Proceed to shake pouch up and down until the cocktail on the front of the pouch changes colour. Once activated, enjoy the cocktails
Is the chemical reaction within toxic?
The activation pouch within contains carbamide. Although non-toxic, you must handle with care. If the pouch is punctured or the solution is accidentally swallowed, drink water. If the solution contacts the skin or eyes, wash with water.
How will we know when the pouch has been activated?
The pouch will turn cold instantly once activated, and the cocktail on the front of the pouch will change colour.
For how long do the cocktails stay cold?
Once you have activated our product, it remains cold for up to 15 minutes in warm weather! Long enough for you to enjoy our cocktails.
Why does it feel like there is still liquid in the pouch?
The liquid you may feel once our cocktail has finished is the mechanism used to turn your cocktail cold.
How many times can I make the cocktail cold?
Once the pouch has been activated, the cocktail will only turn cold once!
Are the pouches recyclable?
The pouch is completely made out of recyclable materials.
What is the use-by/expiry date on the cocktails?
We proudly use fresh ingredients for our products; therefore, you can drink our cocktails for up to 3 months post delivery date if stored correctly.
How should I store my pouches?
We highly recommend keeping our product out of direct sunlight until you are ready to drink them. For best results, keep the pouches in the fridge or a similar, cool, dry place.

What are the delivery options?

- Standard Delivery 2-4 Days (Royal Mail) - £4.00
All orders before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the working day after.
How do I track my order?
Once the item has been dispatched, we will provide shipping confirmation including a tracking number, which allows you to track your parcel all the way to your door!
What happens if I haven't received my order?
All our orders should be with our customers within 3-5 working days. When dispatched we will send you shipping confirmation containing tracking details for your order. If you have any issues with your order, do not hesitate to contact us on: hello@gocoldcocktails.com
I am missing part of my order.
If you choose to order a particularly large quantity of items, we may deliver your order in multiple shipments. In this case, please check the shipping label as to how many boxes were used to fulfil your order. Please contact: hello@gocoldcocktails.com for further information if necessary.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what can I do?
It is possible that the pouches could be damaged upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is sometimes an unavoidable consequence shipping pouches through the post via a courier. If your order shows up damaged or already activated, please contact hello@gocoldcocktails.com. Or refer to our policy here.
Do we deliver internationally?
We only deliver to UK addresses. We look forward to international shipping in the future!
Can I change my order after one is placed?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend your order once shipping confirmation has been confirmed. Contact: hello@gocoldcocktails.com if you have further questions regarding this.
Will I need my ID for delivery?
No, you are not required to show your ID to order from our website. By ordering on our website you are confirming that you are 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol. Please also ensure nobody under the age of 18 is able to receive or consume the product.
